🕒 Brunch Peak Hours

We truly appreciate each and every guest who walks through our doors. 💕

Plated Dreams was created as a place to forget about the outside world — whether that’s working quietly on a laptop, reading a book, or simply scrolling and sipping.
During the week, it’s common (and encouraged!) for guests to linger, relax, and make themselves at home. 🌸

However, during our busy brunch hours, it’s vital to the flow of service that tables continue moving so all guests can enjoy the Plated Dreams experience.
We always try our best to give you ample time to visit and chat even after your bill has been closed — but occasionally, visits stretch a little too long, and we may kindly request the table back to seat waiting guests. 💫

To ensure everyone gets to enjoy their time:
• Parties up to 6 guests – 1 hour 30 minutes
• Parties of 7–12 guests – 1 hour 45 minutes
• Parties of 13+ guests – 2 hours

Please note your dining time begins at your booked reservation time, not when your party arrives.

💳 Payment Policy

We kindly accept a maximum of 4 payments per table.

✨ This helps our team keep things flowing smoothly — taking multiple payments and splitting large bills takes time away from serving everyone quickly.

We totally understand it can be tricky when dining with big groups (we often see parties of 15+ who’d each like to pay separately), but keeping it to 4 helps us keep the vibes high and the service efficient. 💕

If your party needs to plan ahead, we’re happy to split the check evenly or designate who’s paying for what before finalizing the bill.

To maintain the quality and experience we’re known for, we kindly ask that each guest order at least one entrée or two items from our à la carte menu.

While we understand wanting to share a dish or “split a meal,” please note that this practice affects our small business margins and overall guest flow.

☕ Outside Beverages (Utah Law)

We proudly hold a full Utah liquor license, and that means no outside beverages are allowed inside our premises — not even water.

Utah law states that if we cannot guarantee a drink is alcohol-free, we cannot allow it in the restaurant. Since we can’t verify outside drinks, we follow this rule to protect our license (and your brunch!).

We know it can ruffle a few feathers, but thank you for understanding 💕

✨ The good news: we offer specialty lattes, teas, espresso drinks, dirty sodas, and mocktails that are so dreamy!

🥂 Alcohol Service

Yes — Plated Dreams proudly holds the first full liquor license in Woods Cross City! 🍸✨

Alcohol is served:
• Monday–Friday: from 11:30 AM
• Saturday, Sunday & State/Federal Holidays: from 10:30 AM

Please note — Utah ID laws are changing.
✨ Anyone wishing to order alcoholic beverages must provide a valid physical ID (digital copies or photos are not accepted).
We’re required by state law to check ID for every guest, regardless of age or appearance — it’s nothing personal, just part of keeping things compliant and responsible. 💕

Utah law also requires that food be ordered with alcohol — and honestly, our brunch dishes were made to pair perfectly with your drink! 🍳🥂

🍾 Corkage Fee

You’re welcome to bring your own wine or champagne, provided it was purchased in Utah and is not available on our menu.
Corkage fee: $35 per bottle (maximum of two bottles).

🎂 Outside Cakes & Desserts

  • We love to celebrate with you! 🩷

    Outside cakes, cookies, and desserts are always welcome.
    • Fee: $25 per cake or dozen cookies (up to 8 guests)
    • Add $3 per additional person beyond 8 guests

    This small fee helps cover the service and time our team provides when you bring in your own dessert. ✨
    We take care of:
    🍰 Holding and presenting your cake (non-refrigerated)
    🍽️ Providing plates, cutlery, and candles
    🕯️ Allowing extra table time so you can enjoy your celebration comfortably

🐾 Pets

We happily welcome trained service dogs that assist their owners.
Please note: pets, emotional support animals, or dogs in handbags/strollers are not permitted.

Yes — kids are always welcome at Plated Dreams!
Parents, please note:

  • The safety of your children is our top priority.

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for unattended or wandering children.

  • Our Kids Menu is available for ages 10 and under.

  • A limited number of highchairs are available on a first-come basis.

We love hosting your special gatherings! 💕

For larger groups, please reach out directly so we can plan your seating and ensure everything flows beautifully.

✨ A minimum spend of $25 per person is required for parties of 13 or more.
✨ A 22% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Large parties are typically accommodated at:
• 9:00 AM
• 10:00 AM
• 1:30 PM

If those times don’t work for your group, we do have a little flexibility — just let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. 🌸

🌤 Patio Dining

Our umbrella-covered patio seats approximately 28 guests and is available seasonally, weather permitting.

🪞 Reservation Policy & Terms

We’re excited to offer online booking!

  • Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance for parties of 1–12 guests.

  • All guests must be present to be seated.

  • Late or incomplete parties will be seated as soon as possible after existing reservations are fulfilled.

  • Changes to party size may result in being added to the walk-in waitlist.

  • Reservations secured with a credit card that are canceled or modified within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a per-person charge.

  • Parties of 13+ will incur a $10 per-person fee for modifications made within 24 hours.

⏰ Grace Period:
We allow a 10-minute grace period after your reservation time. If you’re running late, please call us at (385) 777-5726.

🚗 Parking

  • 76 Stalls are available within the development.

  • Street parking available along the west-side road.

  • Guests who self-park may use the stairs on the southwest corner of the development to access the property.
    Please allow extra time to park during weekends and peak hours.

📸 Video & Audio Recording

By entering Plated Dreams Café, guests acknowledge that video and audio recording are in use throughout the premises. 🎥

This policy is clearly posted on our front door and exists for the protection of both our guests and our business — helping ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone. 💕

We also love capturing the beauty and magic of our space! ✨
Occasionally, we film or photograph for social media and marketing purposes. Guests may appear incidentally in the background of these photos or videos.

By entering, you consent to this limited use. We always focus on showcasing our food, drinks, and décor — never personal moments. 🌸
